At my favourite castle

After a long and cold winter I finally could take some pictures at my favourit castle. They are not allowed to have the heat on more than absolutely necessary - which makes it impossible to take pictures in wintertime. Who wants to give a future bride goosebumps, or even worse, a flue for her wedding day?

A lot going on...

Oh my gosh, I know, I know, I know! It's not that I don't want to blog, it's not that I don't have anything to blog about (believe me I have a LOT!) it's first of all that I have extremely much going on... picturewise, weddingwise, workshopwise, studiowise, homepagewise... name it! Please give me a little more time - a month ? - and things will be better. I'll try to blog some small things in between, I promise!

The first "SecretBox" reportage

A few yers ago the wedding magazine "Allt om Bröllop" had the first reportage about my idea with the "SecretBox". After that reportage my phone rang wild. Since then I have photographed many brides-to-be in their luxurious underwear (and without...) and I realized that I had found a new niche för the wedding industry. Many are the photographers that copy my idea - but I am the only one that is entiteled to call it:

"SecretBox".

Don't wait!

Soon the wedding season will start and I know that many brides will call me for a "SecretBox" session. To all of you who haven't done that: Don't wait!

I am booking now for spring and the spots are filling up.

It's Carneval Season!

In many countries people are celebrating Carneval this time of the year - especially in Venice, New Orleans, Rio de Janeiro. When I was in Venice, I bought some beautiful masks in the same shop where the masks for the movie "Eyes wide shut" came from.



I used those masks the other day, when I photographed Ms. P. in another "SecretBox" session - this time for her wedding-anniversary. It turned out to be a perfect idea: They got engaged in Venice!

Vilken Succé!

Så här såg min monter ut. Vi började bygga och tapetsera kl. 12:00 och var klara kl. 16:00. Tja, det tar sin tid...



Alla ville veta mer om olika bröllopspaket och album alternativ. Det är tydligen så att årets brudpar är väldigt kvalitetsmedvetna - hellre färre timmar och färre bilder men av bästa kvalitet och med en professionell fotograf som har det där "lilla extra"!



I mina samtal med brudparen kom fram att man är beredd att betala för det - trots den "ekonomiska krisen".



Jag delade ut många presentkort för "SecretBox" som har blivit en otrolig omtyckt morgongåva till "the man 2b"



På lördag intervjuades jag av Anna Fürst, som är chefredaktör för "Allt om Bröllop".



Tack alla som hälsade på mig och som bokade mig för sitt bröllop i år och för nästa (!) år...
